Joseph D. Bower, born August 22, 1970, Pueblo, Colorado; BS Southern Nazarene University 1992 ; JD University of Oklahoma College of Law May, 1997; Member Pueblo County and Colorado Bar Associations. Admitted to practice in the State of Colorado October 21, 1997 and before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado March 20, 1998. Mr. Bower serves on the Parkview Medical Center, Inc. Board of Directors (Chair, Quality Committee), The McClelland School Board of Directors, and the Pueblo Country Club Board of Directors (past President). Mr. Bower has also served on the Parkview Hospital Foundation Board of Directors (past Chairman). He is the author of Title IX: Life After Cohen v.
